Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using Belleville Bingo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please leave the platform immediately.

Eligibility Requirements

  1. You must be at least 18 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Belleville Bingo.
  2. You must provide accurate and truthful information during account registration, including name, address, date of birth, and other relevant details.
  3. Your gaming account will be subject to verification through our Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") procedures.

  2. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these restrictions using any method, including VPNs or proxy servers.
  3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if we suspect you are attempting to breach this restriction.

Account Registration Rules

  1. Each user must create and manage only one gaming account per person (see Section 7 for our anti-money laundering ("AML") and anti-fraud procedures).
  2. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation from users at any time, including proof of identity and residence.

One-Account-Per-User Policies

  1. Multiple accounts will not be allowed per user.
  2. Accounts created under false names, addresses, dates of birth, or other misrepresentations may result in termination or denial of access to winnings and bonuses.
  3. Misrepresentation of identity or account information is a breach of these Terms.

Identity Verification and KYC

  1. All users must provide identification documents for verification purposes (ID cards, driver's licenses, passports).
  2. Our KYC procedures ensure all user accounts are verified accurately.
  3. If you fail to comply with our identity verification requests, we will suspend your access to the platform until further notice.

Account Accuracy Obligations

  1. Your account must contain accurate information about yourself and payment methods used for transactions on this site.
  2. You agree not to create false accounts or misrepresent any aspect of your gaming history.

Account Security Responsibilities

  1. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your login credentials (username, password).
  2. We will never ask you directly for sensitive information such as credit card details or personal passwords over email.
  3. Sharing your account with others can lead to loss of access and forfeit any potential winnings due to restrictions in our Bonus Terms.

Login Credentials and Password Protection

  1. Choose a password that is difficult for unauthorized parties to guess, including avoiding the use of easily guessed information such as name or birthdate.
  2. Use two-factor authentication wherever offered on Belleville Bingo (recommended security measure).
  3. Never provide your login credentials or allow access by any third party.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

  1. Accessing or attempting to access another user's account is strictly forbidden without explicit consent from both parties involved.
  2. You will not engage in gambling on our platform while intoxicated or under the influence of any substance that impairs your decision-making abilities.
  3. Misuse, manipulation, or tampering with system software or gaming tools is a breach of these Terms.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

  1. Our site tracks users for anti-money laundering ("AML") purposes to detect suspicious patterns in deposits and withdrawals (multi-accounting).
  2. Any attempt at manipulating gameplay by colluding, botting, or any other method designed to gain unfair advantages may result in permanent account closure.

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. Your bonus is valid only for your original deposit.
  2. You must meet the wagering requirements within the specified timeframe before requesting a withdrawal of winnings from that specific offer (otherwise it will be forfeit).
  3. Wagering requirements can change at our discretion but we will inform users about these changes in advance.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. Our system does not allow "void bets" - all bets are final unless terminated due to a technical fault.
  2. Technical errors, disputes over events, or game conditions do not exempt you from meeting wagering requirements (unless caused by us).
  3. Be aware of betting limits for games, especially slot machines; exceeding these might prevent play at any further point in time.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

  1. In the event of suspected bonus abuse (e.g., account sharing or multi-accounting), we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform.
  2. The decision by Belleville Bingo management regarding suspected bonus abuse is final, and there will be no correspondence entertained on this matter.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  1. We reserve the right to request verification for deposits made via credit cards (more information provided in the Help Center).
  2. All withdrawals are subject to verification procedures.
  3. Our banking system can delay processing due to various factors beyond our control - any changes will be displayed here.

Verification Before Withdrawals

  1. To avoid delays, please verify your account with required documentation within a reasonable timeframe after making deposits (see above for details).
  2. Until further notice, we may need additional information or proof of income from some users, especially when exceeding minimum payout limits.
  3. Any non-response to our request could affect timely payment and potential bonuses.

Processing and Review Procedures

  1. If there is any discrepancy regarding deposits, transactions (including wagering and winnings), Belleville Bingo will conduct a review procedure according to their internal procedures.
  2. Decisions on resolving issues are made by management in consultation with relevant teams within our organization but may be appealed at an administrative level.

Responsible Gambling Expectations

  1. To prevent problem gaming, users must agree that they have read and understood the guidelines found here.
  2. Self-exclusion is available upon request through the support team.
  3. All communication regarding self-excluded accounts will be provided to you via email.

Self-Exclusion and Account Restrictions

  1. Belleville Bingo reserves the right, at any point in time without prior notice or liability for losses incurred during this period, to suspend your account temporarily due to our investigation of a dispute related either to suspected bonus abuse/multi-accounting etc.
  2. We cannot prevent third-party fraud nor will we be liable if someone else accesses and plays from your device/computer while logged in under an active session.

Game Fairness and RNG Systems

  1. Belleville Bingo only offers certified RNG games which have been tested by independent labs such as eCOGRA (their testing report is available upon request).
  2. While we cannot guarantee 'hitting big' every time, our system ensures a fair probability of winning within all parameters.
  3. If an issue arises regarding fairness of outcomes or game performance itself (not including natural market fluctuations), please refer to Section below and provide evidence with screenshots etc.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay

  1. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Belleville Bingo’s control, technical interruptions may occur resulting in void bets/gaming.
  2. We are committed to restoring access as soon possible but cannot guarantee its availability at any moment without proper prior notification of scheduled maintenance periods.
  3. Technical issues with gameplay can arise when updates for software or browser compatibility cause unforeseen glitches which disrupt user experience.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

  1. Belleville Bingo management may suspend or terminate your access to the site if it reasonably believes that there has been a breach (see Sections related to Bonus Abuse, AML etc).
  2. Upon request from us regarding any potential suspicious activity after opening an account which necessitates further investigation by regulatory bodies worldwide.
  3. If we find out about a repeated history of breaches then account termination may be irreversible.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  1. All content provided within this website, including images and logos, is owned or licensed to Belleville Bingo for exclusive use only under the terms specified above in relation to individual contributions submitted through our system.
  2. These materials cannot otherwise be reproduced without explicit written consent given beforehand; all such instances must be used according to set guidelines communicated separately.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Your gaming and any related activities will not give rise to any liability on the part of Belleville Bingo beyond its obligations in terms mentioned above.
  2. Any damage, injury or death resulting from actions taken within this platform falls entirely under your responsibility as users agree by accepting our conditions prior entering into a gaming contract with us.

Modification of Terms

  1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
  2. All changes will be announced through official communication channels on-site in advance for informational purposes only before implementation.
